In 1998 Dominique Monami was the first Belgian tennis player ever to reach the top 10 of the world and two years later she took the bronze medal in Sydney, along with Els Callens. As a tennis player Dominique was characterised by a strong and powerful will power. She now lectures at seminars on energy management.
